Yes, you do not have to pay any additional amount to use the amenities listed.

Booking Procedure

How Do I Make A Booking?
To book our venues, please contact us at hello@hyperspace.sg, drop an enquiry form on www.hyperspace.sg or contact 8769 1955. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis, based on official booking confirmation timings. ​A booking is only officially confirmed when full payment and security deposit is received by TFE Companies.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Hyperspace
Seated Guests: 75pax - 100pax (Atrium), 20 pax - 30pax (Games room)
Standing Guests: 100 pax - 150 pax

Hyperspace Studio
Seated Guests: 25pax - 30pax
Standing Guests: 35pax - 50 pax
Can I Cancel My Booking After Booking Confirmation?
Once booking is confirmed, cancellations and/or refunds are not allowed. (i.e. You are still liable for full payment and there will be no refunds).
Can I Postpone My Booking To Another Date?
Postponement of bookings are only allowed to be made according to the following:
i) If postponement request is made more than 30 days before event date
- Postponement is allowed without any additional charges
ii) If postponement request is made within 30 days of event date
- Postponement is strictly not allowed
Can I Arrive Earlier Than My Booking Time For Set-Up?
The booking time slot given is inclusive of any set-up and/or clean-up time. You as well as your guest and/or vendors, are only allowed to enter the premises earliest by the booking start time. You as well as your guest and/or vendors, are also required to handover the premises in original condition and leave the premises latest by the booking end time.
Can I Deliver Food Or Beverages Before My Booking Time?
Deliveries or any usage of the premises (e.g. Catering set-up, decorations set up etc) must be done strictly within the booking time slot as mentioned, unless explicitly agreed to by TFE Companies in writing, prior to the event.

Add Ons

Can I Extend My Booking Period On The Event Date?
Any usage of the premises before booking start time and/or after booking end time, would be considered as extension of booking hours and may result in partial / full forfeiture of deposit.
Do You Provide Food Catering?
Yes. We do provide catering for different occasions! Contact us for more information!
Can I Engage My Own Vendor For Catering? 
You are not allowed to engage in external Catering unless with prior written approval by TFE Companies. External caterer corkage fee is required.
Are There Any Corkage Charges For Bringing Alcoholic Beverages?
You are not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks into the premises unless with prior written approval by TFE Companies. Alcohol corkage fee is required.

Others

Can I Decorate The Space?
Yes, you can decorate the space! ​For decorating of the premises, do not use any strong mounting tapes, nail, wires, tacks, glue or any form of adhesive that would be difficult to remove or would result in damages to the surfaces. Use only masking tape or blue tag.
Can I Move The Furniture?
Yes, you may move the furniture at the venue. However, all furniture and equipment must be returned to their original allocated place and/or storagevenue.
Can I Bring My Own Furniture? 
Placement of additional furniture, catering equipment etc. must be approved by TFE Companies in writing no later than ONE week before the event
Are Pets Allowed?
Animals and pets are not permitted in the premises.
Can I Smoke At The Venue?
Do note that ​smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the premises as well as at common areas as such stairwells, corridors and entrances.
