Just had our wedding here at Plume on 7 August 2022. From the start when we communicated with Ruby, until the very end (with our numerous last minute changes), Ruby was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She assured us throughout the journey and provided us with excellent service throughout.
During the wedding reception itself, we faced no hiccups with decor (which Plume provides via another vendor) and the food was more than sufficient. We initially miscounted our vendors and prepared lesser bentos (for them to eat), but Ruby provided an easy solution on the spot, so that our vendors managed to eat too.
